A tab is missing on employee's profile

If a tab is missing on employee's profile, you can resolve this in a few easy steps.

⚠️Important: Only system administrator or System owner will be able to amend this, if you do not have such role assigned to yourself, please contact someone with relevant access.

If someone is unable to see a tab under employee's profile, they may have no permission to view it, for example, payroll then pay.

As a system administrator, you can amend this with following steps:

  1. Click the Edit button at the bottom of the page then click the tab you want to amend.

  2. Click Can View

    • The eye icon next to each role shows if this tab is visible or not, green means visible, red means hidden.

  3. Click on the role that you want to enable or disable to view this tab to change colour of the Eye icon.

  4. Click Save.
