If the identification tab is missing in the new starter wizard, follow these steps to resolve it. Ensure the activation flag is enabled in settings by following the steps below:
Click Settings then click System settings.
Click Person activation
Check Eligibility to work to be Enabled, if it's not click Enable.
📌Note: The Eligibility to Work section and relevant documents must be completed and in date for the employee to be paid.
