If you are entering the details for a new starter through the new starter wizard and notice that the system skips over one of the tabs and does not let you go back to enter the details on the tab, this is likely due to the order of the field settings linked to the tabs within the new starter wizard.
To check this, follow the below steps:
Click Configuration then click Settings.
Click Field Settings then search for NewStarter with the left-hand drop-down set to Key.
Click into the setting titled with the tab name effected or being skipped and see which order number this has been set to.
Click into the settings related to the surrounding tabs in the New Starter Wizard and see if any of the order numbers are the same.
If so, you need to change at least one order number, to prevent this from happening.
