New starter wizard not populating posts

If when onboarding a new starter, the post area isn't populating, you'll need to check the permissions.

This is likely because the user who is trying to onboard the new employee is missing the following permissions:

  • Transfer To Any Section.

  • Vacancies.

  • HR Posts - Do

  • View

  • Add

If you assign these permissions to the user's role and then run batch updates, this should allow them to continue onboarding the new starter.
