There are a few different configuration settings you will need to consider in order to enable the bank details tab within the new starter wizard:
The tab will need to be included within Field Settings. The field setting is Tab-NewStarter-Bank.
You will need the Bank Account Details view
and edit
permissions.
There are 2 permissions titled Payment Method Primary and Payment Method Secondary which will allow you to select the Payment Method for the employees e.g. BACS.
There is a global setting titled Bank Account Required which you need to set to True.
