You can check what roles a post has and add a role to a required post.
Check what roles a post has
To check what roles a post has, follow the below steps:
Go to System Admin and then click on Post Admin.
Use the search bar to find the post you are looking for.
Now select the post and a dialog will open up.
On the left-hand menu select Security and then select Roles.
On the right, all roles on the post will be selected.
Add a role to a post
Go to System Admin and then click on Post Admin.
Use the search bar to find the post you are looking for.
Now select the post and a dialog will open up.
On the left-hand menu select Security and then select Roles.
Select Edit and this will open a new dialog.
Select the required role and close.
πNote: An batch update and HR post update needs to be run for these changes to reflect immediately on the system.
