You can check what roles a post has and add a role to a required post.

Check what roles a post has

To check what roles a post has, follow the below steps:

  1. Go to System Admin and then click on Post Admin.

  2. Use the search bar to find the post you are looking for.

  3. Now select the post and a dialog will open up.

  4. On the left-hand menu select Security and then select Roles.

  5. On the right, all roles on the post will be selected.


Add a role to a post

  1. Go to System Admin and then click on Post Admin.

  2. Use the search bar to find the post you are looking for.

  3. Now select the post and a dialog will open up.

  4. On the left-hand menu select Security and then select Roles.

  5. Select Edit and this will open a new dialog.

  6. Select the required role and close.
