You can create an approval group and assign the newly setup approval group to a post.
Create an approval group
You can create an approval, if you follow the below steps:
Go to Settings via Configuration or Admin Menu, this will depend on how your system is configured.
Click on Module Settings and then click General.
Click Approval Groups and then click Add Approval Group.
πNote: To add an approval group, the option will appear in the top right of the screen. Approval groups can be set up if multiple people or posts are to be set as an approver for other posts within the system. A good example of this could be an approval group called head office.
π€Tip: Once this has been added you would attach the approval group to a new or existing post.
Assign the newly setup approval group to a post
You can assign the newly setup approval group to a post by doing the following:
Click on Admin Menu and then Post Setup.
Choose A Post, once you have chosen the post in which you would like to become a part of an approval group you would go to.
Click Approval on the left-hand menu then click Approval Groups.
Click the Edit button and select the newly setup approval group, if there is more than one person in the approver post you can select a Default Approver.
