Change a title
To amend an approval group's title, follow the steps below:
Click Configuration and then click General Settings.
Click on Approval Group and select the approval group.
Update the title, then click Save.
Add posts to an approval group
⚠️Important: Approval groups are set up at post level, if you add a post to an approval group then you add all employees in this post.
To add posts into an approval group, follow the steps below:
From a specific employee's profile
Go to their Employment and the click Post details.
Click Approval and then Approval Groups.
From the post set up page
Click Admin then click Post Setup
Search and select the required post.
To add the post to an approval group click Edit
Select the Approval Group.
