Agency staff clock in option

Agency staff cannot clock in Access People Hospitality.

At the moment this is not a functionality within the system.

All Employees default to number 000000 on the rotas, so cannot clock in as they don't have a physical employment.

The local managers need to manually enter the start and end times of the shifts as part of the completion of each day.
