Some changes that you make to posts are audited within the post-audit log. To access the post-audit log, follow the below steps:
Within your menu structure find the Post Admin or Post Setup option.
Find and click on the post you need to review the audit log for; you can search for the post title or post reference within the Quick Search field.
From the Security list, select Audit Log.
Here you will find all the changes made on the post setup.
