To change the reference number on a post, follow the steps below:
From your menu, click Post Setup or Post Admin.
Search for and select the post with the incorrect number.
You can search for the reference, or sort by the Reference column.
In the Basic Details section, click Edit.
In the pop-up, within the Post Reference field, update the reference.
This must be a unique value.
Click Save.
