You can set the system up so posts can use a specific format for post numbers by following the below steps:
Amend the Post Auto Reference global setting to be enabled by changing the Boolean field to True.
At the start of the reference, include a specific string value.
In the Integer field, enter the number of numerical digits for the post to include.
The post reference has a six-character limit. If you save a post reference longer than six characters, errors occur on saving.
Click Save.
