There are multiple reasons for missing sales figures on a rota, and it depends on how your sales figures are added to the rota:
Managers or head office enter the sale figures.
Figures are provided by an external epos provider.
When you as a manager or head office enter the sales figures is easy to solve as the employees responsible just need to make sure they enter the figures required at the correct times.
When figures are provided by an external epos provider, there are 2 possible reasons:
Firstly, check with your epos provider to make sure that the correct data is being exported and has uploaded to our software as this is the most likely cause of incorrect figures.
Secondly, if no data is showing and your epos provider can confirm that a file has been successfully sent to Access People Hospitality, then you will need to contact us.
