Site IDs are used for the importing of files from a third party such as Access EPOS, PointOne or Zonal. The Site ID is used to map the data within the file to the correct sections in the Access People HR system so that the figures import into the rotas. If the site ID is not entered or is not unique to each section, you may find that the clock in, covers and sales data from your provider is not importing into the rota.
The site ID can be entered against the section if you follow the below steps:
In the Organisation Structure, locate the required section.
Click the Edit Section button.
Within the Details tab, click the Edit button.
Enter the unique Site ID from your EPOS provider for this site within the EPOS Site Id field.
Click Save.
📌Note: If you are unable to see the EPOS Site Id field when editing the section, you will need to ensure you have the EPOS Site Id permission assigned to you via a role, post or your employment.
