If you have ran the absence export for all payrolls instead of a specific payroll, you should be able to run the absence export again for the correct payroll and still pick up the correct absences that need to be exporting.
If you have ran the export for a different payroll and are unable to import this into the payroll system, contact us so we can look into whether it is possible to re-export any absences that appear in the incorrect export.
