You can export comments for payroll claims, expenses or mileage exports to payroll in a few easy steps.

There are 3 individual settings for this named:

  • Payroll Claims Export - Export comment.

  • Expenses Claims Export - Export comments.

  • Mileage Claims Export - Export comments.

📌Note: Which if set to true will export, setting to false will exclude them from the export.

To check or change these settings, follow the below steps

  1. Go to Configuration and then click Settings.

  2. Click System Settings and then select Global.

  3. Search for either of the above setting names

  4. Click on the setting name and change the Boolean value to True or False

  5. Click Save.
