There is a setting on your system which allows users to submit claims that are older than a certain date. This setting is called Old Claim Prevent Submit and you can find it by following these steps:
Click into Settings via Admin menu or Configuration, depending on how your system is configured.
Click into System Settings then click Global Settings.
Search for Old Claim Prevent Submit and click into it.
Set Boolean to True.
Input a relevant Integer.
📌Note: This will take effect immediately and this will affect all users.
