You’d extend the expense claim warning, so employees get the “old expense” warning later, rather than sooner.
This is useful if your business wants to allow a longer window before claims are considered “old” for example, if people often submit claims a bit later in the month.
To extend the expense claim follow the steps below:
Click Configuration or Admin Menu, depending on your setup then click Settings.
Click System settings then click Global.
Search Number of days before old expense warnings then extend the date.
Click Save.
