Remove a duplicated payroll period

If you have two payroll periods for the same dates and payroll you need to take immediate actions.

If a duplicate payroll period has been created for the same payroll and same dates, we recommend amending the dates of one of the duplicates into a future period as soon as possible.

If you believe the period may have been in use with some records in the system such as payroll claims, contact us along with the payroll and period dates in question so we can confirm whether the period can be amended.
