The details we require are the employee names, the employee numbers and which one of these you would like to change to the next employee number available.
📌Note: If an export to payroll has been run then only one employee will have registered on the payroll system as the duplicate would not be allowed to import. In this scenario we need to know which employee name has not imported to payroll and this is the one we will amend.
