Employees get an error when clicking PDF in payslips

If you get an error when clicking on PDF in payslips, you can resolve this with the correct settings.

If your employees get an error when clicking PDF in payslips, this is usually due to the employee not having a brand assigned.

The brand lets the system know which payslip template file to use to populate the details in PDF format. Without a brand, the system doesn't know which template to use, so it generates an error.

To assign a brand to an employee, please follow the below steps:

  1. Find the employee using the organisation search then Click Employment

  2. Click Position then click Employment (Primary).

  3. Click Edit then select the brand from the drop-down list.

  4. Click Save.
