If your employees get an error when clicking PDF in payslips, this is usually due to the employee not having a brand assigned.
The brand lets the system know which payslip template file to use to populate the details in PDF format. Without a brand, the system doesn't know which template to use, so it generates an error.

To assign a brand to an employee, please follow the below steps:
Find the employee using the organisation search then Click Employment
Click Position then click Employment (Primary).
Click Edit then select the brand from the drop-down list.
Click Save.
