It's not currently possible to remove a mail merge letter group from the front end of the system, however, the letter groups can be removed by us within the database.
If you would like to remove a letter group from the system, contact us and provide the names of the letter groups you would like to be deleted.
📌Note: Please be aware that any letter groups with letters contained within the group cannot be removed.
