Employee's leave showing as zero

If your employee's leave is showing as zero, you need to check various things.

If an employee doesn't show as having any leave on their absence record, there are a few things to check:

  • Check how this employee is set to receive holidays:

    • If they are set to receive holidays from the post, make sure this is showing in the absence record.

    • Ensure that the correct absence period is being used.

  • If you check the employee's post, make sure that the absence period is correct and is also using the correct holiday entitlement.
