You can edit a user's permissions, in a few easy steps.

Change user's role

  1. Click Configuration or Admin Menu, depending on how your system is configured.

  2. Click Users then find the user you need to edit and select them.

  3. Select Roles and add or remove roles as required.

  4. Click Save.


Change permissions

If you need to change permissions follow the below steps:

  1. Click Configuration or Admin Menu, depending on how your system is configured.

  2. Click Users then find the user you need to edit and select them.

  3. Select Permissions then click Edit Permissions.

  4. Search for the permissions that need adding or removing and add or remove the permissions as required

  5. Click Save.

πŸ€“Tip: No strikethrough for permissions means enabled, strikethrough means disabled.
