For your employees to be able to view their team members shifts with in their self-service portal, you need to assign them the Team Calendar permission.

To assign the correct permission, follow the steps below:
Click Configuration then click Roles & Permissions.
Select the role required.
Employee role for example.
Select Role Permissions then click Edit Permissions.
Search for Team Calendar and select Can View
Click Save.
π€Tip: No strikethrough means enabled, strikethrough means disabled.
