To allow for an employee to make changes to the Availability calendar found within their profile in Self Service, the employees need access to the below permissions, either through a role, post or their employment:
SelfService Availability.
Rota - View Availability to Work.
π€Tip: No strikethrough for permissions means enabled, strikethrough means disabled.
If all of the elements of these permissions are enabled, employees should be able to set their availability to any of the 3 options (available all day, unavailable and available between) as required.
πNote: We recommend these permissions are assigned to the employee role which will allow all employees with the role to make amendments to the availability, should you use this functionality.
