Permissions to control the available actions for the rota rules

There are two actions which can be taken in the Alerts area of a rota when using the rota variable rules and an employee may work more or less than their contracted hours. These actions are to add an adjustment or to add a lieu day to the employee.

You require the below permissions assigned to you via your employment, post, or a role:

You grant these permissions when you want a manager or supervisor to be able to correct or balance hours that fall outside contracted hours directly from the rota alerts. Without the permission, the action won’t appear as an option for them in the rota.
