A part time employee has less holiday entitlement than expected

If your part time employee is missing days from their entitlement, you need to check their settings.

Employees who work part-time will likely have an FTE value in their pay screen is less than 1.00. For example, if a part-time employee's FTE value works out at 0.6, this will be taken into account within the absence screen when the system calculates their entitlement.

If this part-time employee has an entitlement of 18 days but an FTE value of 0.6, the entitlement for the period will be calculated at 60% of the set entitlement as 18 days meaning the employee will have at least 10.8 days to book.
