The talent pool in the recruitment module is to hold applicants who have previously shown interest in joining the organisation and is not a tool to manage vacancies and applications.
A user can mark a person in the talent pool as not for us. There is the option to bulk thumbs down applicants via the vacancy management screen which may help the customer reduce the amount of admin time they are spending on managing vacancies.
