Introduce PayWise+

You can use our PayWise+ which is a mobile app that gives employees flexibility in how they take their pay.

The PayWise+ app lets employees see how much they could drawdown from their salary they've earned so far this month. They can withdraw at any time of day, with just a few taps on their mobile phone. This money then appears in their bank account in a few minutes.

Transition from Early Pay to PayWise+

The service previously known as Early Pay is now called PayWise+, providing enhanced functionality and a better user experience. This change requires users to access the updated service using the new application, Wise+.


Steps to access PayWise+

Follow these steps to get started with PayWise+

  1. Download the Wise+ App: Visit your deviceโ€™s app store and search for Wise+. - Make sure you download the correct app and not the older Access People app.

  2. Sign Up via Employer Invitation: - Your employer will send you an invitation to sign up for PayWise+. Check your registered email or communications from your HR team.

  3. Access PayWise+ Online: - In addition to using the Wise+ mobile app, PayWise+ can also be accessed through single sign-on via Access Workspace in your web browser.

With these options, you can experience seamless access to your earned wages as and when you need them.

๐Ÿ“ŒNote: To use PayWise+, you must be enrolled through your employer. They will initiate the sign-up process and provide guidance on accessing the app.


Key points to remember about the PayWise+ app

  • Reach out to your Account Manager or Customer Success Manager, to arrange a demo of the solution.

  • PayWise+ sits on Workspace which allows users to use single sign-on to access the solution.

  • Access People Hospitality integrates with PayWise+ and seamlessly transfers all employee data to onboard new hires and remove leavers as well having PayWise+ exports built to send to payroll and allows you manage employee's withdrawal limit for the month.

  • PayWise+ have recently introduced supermarket/shopping vouchers with additional discounts.

  • PayWise+ automatically sends out invites and reminders to employees and the process to follow to get signed up.
