The system always looks at how an employee’s FTE holiday entitlement to calculate the accrued and projected figure. So, if an FTE entitlement is in days the system will look at how many days an employee has worked, if an entitlement is in hours, it will look at the hours worked.
For example, if two employees have an FTE entitlement of 28 days and one employee works 40 hours over 5 days and the other works 20 hours over 5 days both employees will receive the same projected entitlement.
