If you're getting the error Exception of type System.OutOfMemoryException is it because the report contains too much data for the third-party reporting software to generate the report file.
You should attempt to filter the report criteria down to lower the overall data being returned either by filtering for a smaller date range or filtering based on the organisation structure to resolve this.
