📌Note: To use the People HR and Rota App, your company must be using Access Evo. As a user, you need to register for Access Evo and acquire your identity credentials first, which can be provided by your manager.
You can easily download and sign in to People HR and Rota Mobile App by following the below steps:
Search for Access People Hr and Rota App in your device's app store or play store and download the app.
You will be prompted to sign in using your Access Evo credentials. You can sign in with either your email address or username.
If you choose to sign in by username, please ensure you have your workspace organization ID handy. If you need assistance to find it, please check with your manager.
Once logged, you'll be prompted to set up a six-digit PIN, depending on your phone settings. For future logins, you may be prompted to authenticate using your biometric credentials, such as fingerprint or facial recognition.
📌Note: The People HR and Rota App uses existing permissions within Access People system; in order to use the app, you must first register for Access Evo and obtain your identity credentials.
