Cannot login because it says account locked

You can unlock an account, in a few easy steps.

In order to unlock someone's account on Access People Hospitality, follow the below steps:

  1. Find the employee using the organisations search then click on Person.

  2. Click again Person and then click on the button which says Account locked.

πŸ“ŒNote: After unlocking the account, the employee will be asked to set up a new password and finally will be able to login again.
