If a user is attempting to unlock an account and this appears to be doing nothing and the account remains locked, this is due to the user missing a permission.
The required permission is called Password Unlock and the user will need to be assigned the can-do
permission. Once the permission is assigned, the user should have no further issues in unlocking an employee's account.
πNote: It is recommended to run batch updates after you have assigned permissions to employees on the system. If assigning this permission has not given the employee access to unlock an account, contact us.
