By default, the system will only allow you to link sicknesses together if the sicknesses are within 7 days of each other. This can be changed by following the below steps:
Go to Configuration and then click Settings.
Click System Settings and then click Global Settings
Search for Sickness Linking Days and change the integer from 7.
