You can amend sickness to be booked and calculated using hours or days for individual employees by following the steps below:
Go to the employee's profile.
Click Absence, then click Sickness.
Click Edit Days or Hours and select either:
Days
Hours
Sickness Same as Leave: The system looks at the daily or hourly holiday entitlement.
Click Save.
📌Note: The changes apply to new sickness records; however, this doesn't affect historical data.
