View a newly added employee in my team page

You can view a newly added employee in my team page in a few easy steps.

If an employee is not visible in the My Team page, it is likely because the employee is inactive following being added to the system. The user can change the filters by following the below steps:

  1. Go to the My Team page using the Show Advanced Filters button.

  2. Once the advanced filters panel is visible on the left-hand side, you'll need to select the Inactive checkbox in the status drop down.

    • Once this has been filtered, the inactive employee's will be visible.
