Unable to update emergency contacts in Access Evo

If you cannot update emergency contacts when you try to edit them in Access Evo, you can resolve this in a few easy steps.

If you're unable to update emergency contacts when you try to edit them in Access Evo, follow the below steps:

  1. Click 3 dots icon on top right of your browser.

  2. Click the minus sign to zoom out until the edit button appears.

  3. Click Edit and then update emergency contacts on Access Evo.

  4. Zoom in again if you want to reverse this change.
