If multiple people use the same email address on Access People, you'll see the error message stating that there is more than one Access People account for this email address when you, as an employee try to sign in to Access Evo. All employees using that email address are linked to the same Workspace ID. To remove the deactivated user that has the same email address that is linked to Access Evo, follow the below steps:

  1. Find the employee's profile by using the organisation search and click Profile.

  2. Click Edit then scroll down to where the password box is and click the Remove Evo ID button.

  3. Click Employment and then click Position, scroll down to Work Contact and click Edit.

  4. Cut out the work email address, click Save and then click Edit again.

  5. Paste in the email address and click Save.

πŸ“ŒNote: This will now sync the email address to the correct Access Evo record. To identify any employees with an incorrect email address, use the Data Extract reports to pull all employee data, including the email addresses. Once identified, you can update their email addresses to be unique to each person. Once you update their email address, a new invitation to Access Evo sends to the employee, linked to the correct Evo ID.
