See employee MOT or driving license while being uploaded

You can't see employee documents while being uploaded but you can review the uploaded documents.

You can't see employee documents while being uploaded. The system doesn’t show the document during the upload process.

You can review the uploaded documents if you follow the below steps:

  1. Find the employee using the organisation search then click Employment.

  2. Click Vehicles then click Registration, and you'll see the uploaded documents.

Inside the vehicle record, you’ll be able to see the documents that were uploaded, such as the MOT or driving licence. So, the document becomes visible after the upload is saved, rather than during the upload itself.
