You can give employees access to upload documents onto their profile, if you follow the below steps:
Click Configuration and then click on Roles & Permissions.
Select the role Employee and then click on Role Permissions.
Click on Edit Permissions and then search for Employment document permission and give them the Edit
function.
πNote: Another way of doing this is assigning the permission to the post, this way, any new starters that go into that post will have that permission also.
