You can give employees access to upload documents onto their profile, if you follow the below steps:

  1. Click Configuration then click on Roles & Permissions.

  2. Select the role Employee and then click on Role Permissions.

  3. Click on Edit Permissions and then search for Employment document.

  4. Enable them the Edit function.

πŸ“ŒNote: Another way of doing this is assigning the permission to the post, this way, any new starters that go into that post will have that permission also.
