Access People Hospitality can integrate with learning platforms such as CPL and Flow to send data from Access People to the learning platform, enabling your employees to begin accessing training materials on the learning software as early as their first day of employment.

Integrating with Third Party Learning Platforms
For third party learning platforms such as Flow, Access People Hospitality has an export option for generating an export file, in CSV format that can be imported into your learning platform. This export is called Upskill and can be found within the Import/Export area of your Access People Hospitality system.
The Upskill export contains employee specific information such as their personal information, name, date of birth and email address, employee number and employment details (job title, location, start and end dates). There is full list of the exported fields within the Upskill.
The Upskill export can be configured to run automatically each day and post to a dedicated FTP location. This will save you time on having to manually run the export each day and feed this into your learning platform as the system can generate this automatically for you each day, picking up new employees and any changes to existing employees that should feed through to the learning platform.
