Create a volunteer post

Currently, there is no functionality for volunteer posts in the system, however this can be worked around. To create a volunteer post, the system will require a blank payroll that is not processed. This will need to be set up on the payroll software in addition to Access People Hospitality.

A volunteer post can be set up on the system similarly to a standard post. We have more information available on how to set up a new post. Once the payroll is set up, assign the new blank payroll to the post and it can then be used as a volunteer post.
