If you're using the ATS onboarding process, e.g., Harri, to send an applicant to Access People Hospitality and see a Send to Payroll Error with absence period scheme must be configured for this post, it means the post hasn't been properly set up with an absence period scheme in the core app.

To correct this, follow the steps below:
From the left-hand menu, click Post Setup.
Search for and select the post.
In the left-hand menu, click Absence.
Click Leave, then click Edit.
From the Absence Period Scheme, select the required period scheme.
Click Save.
πNote: You can now re-send the employee from your onboarding system.
