If the ATS onboarding wizard is displaying a blank screen for the profile tab this may be due to an issue with the data passed over from ATS to Access People Hospitality.
To resolve this, you need to delete the existing employment details, provided the employee has not exported to payroll already, and profile for the employee in question and then resend the details from ATS.

To delete the employment, you will need to follow the below steps:
Navigate to the employee's profile, by using the organisation search.
Select Admin then click the Admin tab.
Click Delete Employment then click Run.
