📌Note: You will need to have the integration set up between Access People and ATS. We have an active integration set up with Talent Funnel, People Bank, Harri and Recruit Genie. Speak to your account manager or customer success manager to set up the integration.
Navigate to Actions button in the top right, warning triangle.
ATS onboarding will come through as Approve ATS Onboarding.
Select Complete ATS Onboarding highlighted in green.
You will now be presented with the ATS onboarding wizard which is the same as the New Starter Wizard.
The integration will pre-populate all fields sent by the ATS.
Check the information as you go through each menu then at the end of the ATS onboarding wizard select Next.
Click Complete Employment button.
Depending if you have it configured it may need to go to another approver which is based on the post-employment approval.
Once all approved, the new employment will be live in Access People Hospitality.
