To see the status of the ATS onboarding process for an employee, follow the below steps:
Find the employee using the organisation search.
Click the traffic lights and check ATS approval status:
If ATS onboarding is incomplete, an ATS Approval indicator will appear, giving you as an administrator, a clear visual about the new starter's status.
If ATS onboarding is complete, this check type will disappear, providing you a clear indication that the process has been finalised.
