Onboarding a returning an employee through ATS is creating a new profile

If when you onboard a returning employee through ATS and is creating a new profile, you need to check their set up.

When you onboard a new employee through ATS, the software checks to see if there is a person with the same National Insurance number. If it doesn't find the National Insurance Number, it will create a new profile.

Check the National Insurance Number for the returning employee before onboarding, is it different to the one that the employee currently has in Access People Hospitality.
