To provide additional support for the Allocation of Tips Act 2023 which came into effect from 1 October 2024, we've enhanced the tronc module.
You now have to share tips with all employees, including the agency workers. For this reason, agency workers now appear in the tronc screen when accessed via the rota overview. Tips cannot contribute to the minimum wage. Agency workers you've added to a rota for the relevant tronc period are visible on the tronc screen based on the rota entries. Their initial tronc values display as zero, but you can adjust these values as needed.
